How long does it take to bake Pão de Queijo Regular Size (30g each)?
Regular Oven | Gas or Eletric Oven

Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ and place the still frozen pão de queijo directly in the oven. Bake it for 19-22 minutes or until golden brown.

Airfryer
Place the still frozen pão de queijo directly in the Airfryer. Bake it at 180 ℃ for 09-11 minutes or until golden brown. 


How long does it take to bake Pão de Queijo Mini (15g each)?
Regular Oven | Gas or Eletric Oven

Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ and place the still frozen pão de queijo directly in the oven. Bake it for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Airfryer
Place the still frozen pão de queijo directly in the Airfryer. Bake it at 180 ℃ for 04-06 minutes or until golden brown. 


Common Questions

1. Can I use a microwave to bake Pão de Queijo?
We do not recommend baking our products in a microwave. The dough will not rise properly, and you’ll most likely be disappointed by the results.

2. Can I reheat Pão de Queijo?
Our recommendation is to serve it right after baking, while it's still warm. Otherwise, we recommend partially baking at home (approximately 75%), letting the dough cool, then finishing up (25%) at your destination. Another option is to fully bake your pão de queijo at home then gently warm them upon arrival. 

3. Can I serve it at room temperature?  
That's not ideal, but it's ok. If that's the case, wrap the baked pão de queijo in linens to trap the moisture and store in a thermal bag if possible.
